Ya know you can be out in 7 years on "Good Behavior"! store the boat

´Go for an apartment or better yet..as I have it planned.
Get a big Garage that you can have the boat in and build all the amenities of a house you need there.

That would be my single home... all my toys around and close plus lotsa Room....
