33 scarab AVS sundeck vinyl
 

Anyone know if there is presewn vinyl out there for sundecks where you can insall it to the fiberglass yourself?

I have a '99 33ft scarab AVS and I need to recover the sundeck with new vinyl and a new pad. I was hoping to find something I can put on in my own shop.

Don't know if you can get a premade one. But I can make you a new one using your old as a pattern.

Remove your old one over the winter, and as WJ said, use it as a pattern to have a new one made and you can reinstall.

If anyone was so inclined, I do have an entire hatch from a 33 in my garage. Extra by circumstance.

How much to make a cover? I have one that needs recovering. I know it depends on how many colors...I have 3

Hard to beat the Amish east of you. We did the entire interior on a 23 Scorpion for 1500 bucks. 2 colors and very good material. Came out great.

J and J interiors are replacing mine. I brought it to them and they are charging me $225 for one color, and $45 for each head rest. We are currently talking about adding a logo or artwork.
