Mine will stay on plane if I lose a motor but there is know way she would plane on one.

Staggard I think has something to do with it. You also have to get the dead drive out of the water and get on the other throttle pretty goos. I did it as an experiment when I lost an engine.

Not healthy for it I don't think. Wasn't much gas left either.

where is the boat located at? We will be in FL around October the 13th thru the 22nd if it is there and could take a look. If in Dallas I can have my dad go take a look at it, or I could drive down only a couple hours to Dallas from my place.

It's in Ft. Myers I think.

Looks nice but not much of a description and more pics needed !!!!! Those risers definatly haven't been off in a while. If it's in ft myers area I have a bud there that owes me a favor and is a merc tech @ nor tech.

According to the broker they are 500 hr engines and have never had a bolt turned. THat along with no trailer makes it need to be a little more negotiable in the price category. But it has potential.

We will be in Sarasota so Ft Myers is not that further south from there. I will keep an eye on this thread and if nothing has happened for you I will pm my number and we could set up a time to look it over for you during that week if you would like.

300 hrs or 500 hrs. Their (bolts) are gonna have to be turned now.

Those engines had what, something like 100lb spings (closed) didn't they?
