Propping and RPM's on a blown 502 SCS

Here's the deal, currently running about 80 mph at 4900 RPM's. Motor is a fuel injected mercruiser 509, hardened crank, J+E pistons, custom ported heads, Vortech supercharger with after-cooler, fuel injection, MSD ignition, Imco exhaust, and it’s a roller motor with high performance lifters as well.

Currently runing a 30p bravo one prop, looking to do some prop work to do two things: 1) get rid of some stern lift at top speeds, and 2) let the motor rev a little higher and hopefully get the motor in more of a sweet spot at top speeds.

Question is, what RPM's should that sweet spot be in? I know that boost is RPM related, so will I gain that much speed by labbing my prop to get up to 5200-5400 rpms? Please chime in....

i had mine labbed what a differance. i think it's worth your while. they repitched mine and shaved them down to get what i wanted out of them. my 24 cleaver's are more like 26's now and i got alot more holeshot and topend.
