1999 33' AVS Hardware Question

Does anyone know what the receptacle is for that is right AFT of the Nav Light Receptacle? There is also an extra alum retractable / extendable tube that came with the boat? Was cleaning up a bit tonight and these seem to be just "extras".

Thanks.

Hit bthe bottom end of you nav light switch and see if it there is power there, could be an anchor light / white all round nav light on a pole..

When you take that cap off the anchor/nav light mount , you screw the cap on there so you don't lose it!!!!!! Wellcraft might miss a lot but that is a great idea.
