Scarab 1 question

Hello everyone, Im new to the powerboat scene and my question is the following: Ive been looking at a 21' Scarab 1, 1984 the paint and glass are in good shape and its powered by a new 383 stroker motor, crowler mid range cam with roller lifters. Holly carb, aluminum intake with S&M aluminum risers and S.S. 4in headers. What do you guys think?
