Any numbers that it ran? HP that was in it? speed that it ran?

I would love to know what it ran. There was someone on here that did this in Florida but I don't recall any real results. I saw a 31' Sonic that was converted to a single, ever since then I was intrigued what a Panther would run as a single.

I thought of a panther or just a regular 30ft and put a 3 man seat set up in it and do some dash work.

Or any other types of boats that you could do that to it and look good
