How many years were Scarab Ninja's made for?

I was on the Wellcraft site downloading owners manuals and I noticed they only had the Scarab Ninja listed for 1988. Is this true that they made that model for only one year?

1988 is the only year listed that they were produced in the NADA guide.

Wasn't the Ninja a flat deck Scarab III?
