Dont think it was local, never seen it out on the water. Seems to be a nice ride, and Fastboats is a well respected dealer. I am not a Wellcraft fan after owning a few, get a survey and check for wetness.

Have the boat surveyed!

From what I have read people prefer the Volvo DPX's. Give Innovation a call the should be able to tell you more than enough about the power. I would be all over that boat if I had the Jack.

I have the same power package in my 33 AVS. The Innovation motors are excellent. Innovations customer service is, in my experience, excellent. the DPX drives have there good points and bad points. Some of those may not translate to the the 38.
