question about scarab
I would like to know if anyone is familiar with this model and what it weights approximately? And maybe how fast with twin 454s at 370hp each?

Scarab family
We have about the same size boat. Ours is a 1980 38ft 377 with kevlar hull and its about 9500 lbs. With the 454 set up we went about 55mph. We have sence upgraded to 540/700HP and took the hook out of the hull and now she goes about 76-78mph.
We are in the process of installing more power (850-900HP) and Arneson ASD8 drives. Hope this helps you! Give us a call if you need any help. Enjoy! Matt |
