PM member excalibur32. I believe the one I am thinking about belonged to a friend of his. I cant remember where I saw it but it looked decent in the pics as i recall.

Yes, that's the viper in central jersey, looks clean but motors are out.

Just checked the central jersey craigslist. the one in south Brunswick is the one I was thinking of. Again though, I believe it belongs/belonged to a friend of member excalibur82's so he could probably give you the skinny.

looked at the Georgia Scarab last week. it's AWESOME! really good shape and a great trailer.
went back yesterday to show the wife and talk numbers only to find it's been sold and will be headed to California next week! WOW! hadn't been considering a scarab but I LOVED that Panther! |
Panther
It did look clean

It was Super clean, i am really broken hearted i missed out.
I ma between an early 90's Formula 311 or a Bravo Panther. I see the Panther weight listed as 6400#. a Formula 311 or a fountain 35 shows 7400#. is the panther really 1000# lighter? if so why do they seem to show the same top speeds with similar power/props? or do they measure weight differently? |

that sounds like a great deal! I just love how simple the Panther is. It feels like a water going hotrod. no sink, no enclosed head, no shore power or A/C...
Just a simple but useable berth, stand up bolsters, and two snarling big blocks roaring through open exhausts It's not a Lexus... It's more of a Mustang. I MUST HAVE ONE! |
