22 Scarab hull coring?
 

I'm looking to install a raymarine p74 in-hull transducer in my 22 Scarab, but wanted to know if there is coring in the hull in the pad area.

As a related question, I'm contemplating mounting the transducer on the inside of the hull, about half way between where the pad starts, and the transom. Would this be a good place to mount the transducer?
