Does anyone have a contact number for someone I can call in an attempt to run down a HIN #?

Not sure of this helps but I would give it a shot, try going on Facebook and looking up "Former Wellcraft Employee's" they have a page with a lot of old Wellcraft history--post on there and I'll bet someone can help you out.

They have a lot of pictures from the factory...very interesting site.

When I redid the transom on the nova I found one glassed in.

Wellcrafts foray into the offshore performance world most likely started when the bought the 24 Nova from Brownie.....

I called the factory when I purchased my P31 with the HIN# and they confirmed the number of units built and who it was sold to new . I got the number from the factory web site. good luck Jeff
