Each dyno'ed at 450ish. That's about the jist of it...taking it out again this weekend finally. Hoping to hit >70 if conditions are right. If you can pick one up with a solid hull and stringers I say go for it. I really like mine so far, other than the fuel consumption!

Nice build!! I would like to see your torque numbers...much more important than the HP numbers. Sounds similar to my twin 355 build for my Formula 255 Liberator...with mine netting 50 less HP. It sounds like you are spot on with everything including props. With a light load and a bit of tweaking with trim I think you could see 75. If every thing is focused right with a properly jetted Holley 750 Double Pumper and a Labbed prop you might see 80 on the day that all of the boat Gods are smiling on you!!:evilb:

I was very tempted to stay with Alphas but with 6500 #s loaded and with traveling the open ocean between here and The Bahamas...running 50+ for hours at a time 50 miles off shore...I had to go with twin Bravo I's for piece of mind. If I was staying close to shore I would have gambled on the Alphas.

Tuned and focused your looking at 75. My 255 Formula does 75-76 hanging out. I have 850 HP in the water w/900 ft lbs tq...23" Mirage Plus 5500 RPM.

I kinda feel you do not have enough prop. what rpms are you turning and at what speed? does it have a counter rotating props?

If your asking me I do not have a counter rotation prop setup, I have twin RH alpha drives, I have yet to see what she will do with the new motors in her. I have to wait till winter is over :-(
