I'd be really surprised if the hull was truly Kevlar, I think only the CV26 models were. $15-20K for nice one.

Thanks everyone that answers my questions. The guy wants 17k and I am thinking of selling my concept 23 for something a little bigger.

My original 1989 price sheet says $1800 for the 21ft the 28 was around 3k option.I doubt is saved much weight
