I think Chris Kerns ( a member here and a scarab P-29 facebook member) has been wanting to sell for about a year.

If thats the one in michigan for 53k i think he is alittle off the money

I don't think he really wants to sell.

His boat does look really clean though. One thing that i wonder about it is why would it have needed a new transom and stringers already?

Hmmmm. Maybe a leak in the rear would explain the transom (rot), don't know about the stringers.

What part of the US do you live in Eric? We only have one P-29 out in the west that I know of. I've seen it in Havasu a couple of times and in Long Beach a couple weeks ago. I think he said he lives in Orange county.

Its a 1996 31', Kevlar reinforced hull, 502 mags with prochargers. Here is a pic before I cleaned it up. Funny how these boats can make a 1 ton look like a s10. It runs 86-87 per gps on some beat down bravo 28p 4 blades. My uncle is mark croxton, http://marksprops.com/index.html so we should be able to get some more speed out of it.

Great boat, Can I ask what these go for?

Most that i found forsale were in the middle to upper 40's without 502's.

I would say start with a set of 32 4blade's . That will put you real close if you are making around 750 hp .
