Not easy...typically big roosts are from high hp's and surfacing, semi surfacing drives. TRS's are deep.

I remember some bolt on pieces (when I was a kid) that would divert water somehow and make a roost look alike....any one remember that?

I have a 1980 30' Scarab II with fairly mild 454's and 23 pitch cleaver props when trimmed up flying the bow throws a pretty good roost.
These are my high elevation props (over 5,000" ) at sea level my 25 pitch mirage props don't throw hardly any roost

Trim it real high and pray everything doesn't grenade. :lolhit:

Like everyone said. High HP and a surfacing prop will throw some water around.... However, I do remember back in the 80's they came out with something you could bolt on your outdrive and it would throw a small rooster tail. It was just like the way the old wave runners did. Small tube to catch the water and divert it up to mimic a rooster tail. It would never look the same ast a boat set up with big power though.
