Scarab Interior Redo
This will be my last week (end of next week) with the scarab 1 before it heads off to the shop for a complete interior redo. Got a somewhat local guy that is going to do both the front seats, side panels, rear bench, snap on carpet, and the sundeck pad for about $1500. Going all off white with black carbon fiber vinyl accents in the seats and side panels. Guy does really good work, redid another project I had and it turned out awesome. Will post pics when it returns, should be towards the end of the month, last week of the month.

That seems like a screaming deal if he does good work.

Yeah it is....he has done a few for me the past couple of years and I have got him 4 or 5 jobs off of those, he just finished up a stingray this past week for a friend....will post pics when he is finished up with mine. Boat will have the interior taken out, then to the graphics shop for checkerboards and stripes, then back to the marina for a complete going over just before it finishes up back there to have the interior put back in it....can't wait!! I am guessing a month or so it will be gone, maybe 3 weeks if all falls in place right. I have found a decent enough boat with this one I feel like its worth toying around with and making it exactly like I want it...or close, lol.
