scarab cc
anyone know anything about them good or bad I think they called it a sprint
thinking of looking at one next week |
You are talking about the 26' ?
Looking at one also, condition on what you see is same as any older hull, depends on how it's been taken care of. On the positive side, at least in the outboard model, the gas tank is under a removable section of the deck/floor, so if it has to be replaced, it's not a big deal. Check deck/floor for wet/soft spots, especially around console, and if you can check foam between deck/floor and hull, if it's wet chances are good the stringers are wet. Are you looking at the I/O for sale in the midwest ? |
