33K for 29 w/twin 350's??

This boat has an Eagle trailer and Corsa stainless exhaust and about 150 hours on each motor. Mechanically very sound, cosmetically needs work. I think a few small gelcoat repairs and a good buffing would take care of outside. Interior would need redoing!!! Freshwater boat. Opinions wanted

Are you going to have it surveyed to check the stringers and hull out?

Is there a place where the stringers are prone to rot? How do they know, by a tap test to see if the fiberglass is spongy or what? Thanks
