Projekt 502 EFI !!!

My new Projekt !!! I put two 502 EFI into my 28XLT (1991)!!!

Old Setup Engine !!! 454 Magnums 300 Hours

This pic shows the new 502 came into the 28 Scarab, but the problem was the old engine was not correkt in place to the drive. So we must adjust the engine base first. The engines in my 28 Scarab XLT where in the perfect line to the drives, so it was a easy swap for me !!!

Looks good the twin new engines !! But it was very small to work in the engineroom !!! My frend with the one engine have more place for working on it !!!

Next year i can test it !!!

my 2. new projekt was a DVD Player with 7" TFT an it is done !!!:crazy:

Now i have make me a decal !!! If anybody are interested, give me a mail !!!! I can mail it in a Corel Draw format 7 to 10.

Beautiful work the job looked great. I just did that last year for my 28 excel, one engine only, and it was hard. still workin out the kinks. Where do you run the boat in Germany? Bodensee?

i have not seen the barrels of props extended before. Your extensions are real long . Reason ? What did it do for you ?

I send my props to BBLades for labbing and they cut the diffusor ring off. With the shortys and without the ring i don´t came in plane. So befor i weld on a new ring i presst in a smaller pipe. But it don´t work for me.
