Default 26 Larry Smith SCARAB restomod.
Here we go again a new project is in the shop the original 26 Larry Smith Scarab MADE IN THE USA . We are going to do a complete over haul. new single belly tank regel the hole boat interior to match the 26 I built. The engine package is still under raps but its going to be pretty cool if all works out (more to come) I will start posting pics in the next day or so Regards Dan

The boat is in the water on Lake Mead this weekend Here are a few pics from yesterday



Didn't get seats until late last night .

572 GM create motor 650 HP

I have seen pics of this running with an OMC V8. What is this restomod thinking of using?

All I can say is that it will be a V-8 Sterndrive when were are done What V-8 is the cool factor.
