I’m looking at a 89 Scarab 31 “ excel “.. from what I see technically they didn’t make the excel in 89 but that’s what the boat is. Twin worked 454 mags with around 500 horse.Bravos k planes on A trailer. Super clean full survey dry boat. Whole folder about 7” think of service records on the boat. Was always dry docked. On a trailer. Guy wants 20k.. think it’s reasonable???

sounds cheap.....
make sure hull is good.!!!
i had mine surveyed, said it was all good, few years later, found transom and main strigger totally rotted.
10,000 $$$$ later all fixed .
