electric fuel pump
 

Where is the best place to mount an electric fuel pump on my 96 26' Scarab. I can't figure out how to get close to the tank without cutting a hole in the floor.

I mounted mine as low as I could on the rearward side of the engine compartment bulkhead.
What kind of upgrades are you doing ? I've got a 97' with a N/A 540 and it has run a best of 80.7 on GPS ( I usually say 81:D ) . Hopefully you have external steering and have upgraded the engine mounts (if your going with big power), our boats have a seriously low "X" dimension so someday I plan on putting a 2" shorter lower on.
