transom numbers
 

had to make repairs to the transom and have to replace the serial numbers. does anyone know how wellcraft did it and how a can duplcate it?thanks all for your time

like an imprint of a vin like a car has...or stamped...you can do that

Most common thing used is a
Label Maker and you set the
tape on and gel coat over it,
One major builder just adds
them with a Electric Ingraver
Scarab puts the soft part of
the tape on a bulkhead and puts glass over the numbers,
That way it can always be looked at if stolen.

hey mike , did they do this at wellcraft in 86?????any idea which bulk head they would use? i want to get a factory like numbers on the transom
