looking for info on 94' Larry Smith raceboat

I'm looking for info on the 94' 36 Larry Smith Scarab ex-Bad Move, ex-OceanSpray 4 man, canopied raceboat. had staggered 1000's w/ 36's. both stolen at NY race. Anyone know how to contact Larry Smith? It had a step cut in and I'm wondering if the hull is trashed. Videos of race show it chine walks a lot.
