Mintish Panther Registered Join Date: Oct 2003 Posts: 55 For the Scarab Owners Section -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Can someone else put this link in the Scarab Owners Section. It holds a batch of good data on all the models, and info directly from Wellcraft is getting sparse. There was a fella who just bought a 30' that may find the info useful. http://www.wellcraft.com/Resources/...1.asp?mdyr=1989 Thanks Mintish Panther OK I WILL. |
Re: Wellcraft info link
The page cannot be found

Re: Wellcraft info link
I got this:
Directory Listing Denied This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed. |
Re: Wellcraft info link
Ok. I started this. For some reason, I can't start a post in this section, so it looks like Downtown42 was helping me out. I happened on a link for old years Scarab data, but did not realize it can be had through Wellcraft's normal site anyway;
http://www.wellcraft.com Hit "Resources" then "Product Information Guides" |
Re: Wellcraft info link

Re: Wellcraft info link
Well that just plain sucks . . . for a test I just now clicked on the link above and two clicks later I was in again.
Maybe the Wellcraft boat owners police knows you don't really own one of their boats and are locking you out! Seriously, there's lots of boats and years shown, so if ther's one model you want info on, I'll copy it and send to you. HTH |
Re: Wellcraft info link
Alas, we're the red-headed step children as far as Wellcraft is concerned. I'm selling my 34' Scarab. Click my signature for more info. It's also in the OSO Classifieds. And the answer is "YES", it looks as good in person as it does in the picts.

Re: Wellcraft info link
I'd like to, but;
"Mintish Panther, you do not have permission to access this page. To access this page you must have a Premium Membership. Click Here to upgrade to a Gold or Platinum Premium Membership package." Same goes for the want-ads. Such is life. Anyway, is it a Scarab III? What year? |
Re: Wellcraft info link
Click my signature icon at end of message, or browse to http://www.cbpba.com/Scarab.html
It's a 34' Wellcraft Scarab Excel with Bravo's. The follow on model after the Scarab III. |
Re: Wellcraft info link
Very nice boat! I copied a one-page flyer/spec sheet. What is your e-mail and I'll send it.

Re: Wellcraft info link
Thanks for the link, good info. Is there a more active Scarab discussion board anywhere on the net?

Re: Wellcraft info link
I see you're a newbie. There's www.boatered.com and there's www.speedwake.com It's hard to find 'Scarab-Only' content. I almost popped for a solid red '89 Scarab III, and actually saw that boat apparently with it's new owner last w/e idling down the channel past our place for 1/2 hour. It made me glad I chose what we got now.
This site has been doing well, but of late appears inclined to more menu-driven price options for access. |
Re: Wellcraft info link
Thanks for the info. Yeah, I noticed, I couldn't even start a new thread w/o purchasing a membership. I am new...I just bought a 95' Scarab 22 with a 454, my first boat of this nature.
