I don't have the money to fix the boat anytime...

I don't have the money to fix the boat anytime soon, even if I fixed the bubbles myself (since there would be painting involved.) I'm just going to have to wait. Thank you for everyone's help.

The paint looks original, the gelcoat is the white layer on the top? Is there supposed to be paint over that? There is't other than the strip on the deck, is there supposed to be?

I thought about that too but some of them are in the stripes on the deck. So I would still have to have the boat painted, although at a much cheaper price than 4k i would think. I'll wait and see...

it was my first boat, I had no idea. A dodge rusting is not a good comparison because according to the guy from the fiberglass repair shop this was something to do with improper curing of the resin...
