So my port engine has oil in the exhaust manifold. I see a oil sheen when running on the muffs. I took the drain plug out of the bottom of manifold and I have oil and water mixing. It runs fine plugs...

definitely seems reasonable. there are no other drain holes in the side of hull for a drain for forward bilge. it must be old enough to still run the drains. it looks as if newer models have a bilge...

I guess on the older 302's there is no forward...

I guess on the older 302's there is no forward bilge I also do no have a step going down into the cuddy. its a large step right to the floor from the cockpit.
