You can tighten the pinch bolt if it isn't to far gone. They make a plug kit so you can drill the transom plat to gain axcess to the bolts.

I purchased some upgraded ones a while back, I think it was from Harden Marine. If you need me to check for you I can. I also just purchased a bravo HP transom assembly and it has urathane bushings...
