Plastic backing for rubrail insert

I am looking for the plasitic backing that is screwed to the hull which holds the rubber insert for my rubrail on a 2000 358....Any help would be great!!!

HP 500 Rebuild Kits ????

Just wondering if anyone knows where you can get good rebuild kits for HP 500 motors. Mine has 436 Hrs on both so its getting close to that time....
