Gentlemen - Thank You. I realize now I have it connected incorrectly. I did run the engine for about 10 minutes in this configuration - temperatures were higher at about 160 which led me to believe...

I wish it did. The only indicators are RH Out and LH Out which I cannot decipher. Any idea what they mean?

Mr. DIY here disconnected his seawater pump a week ago while waiting for West Marine to get in a new impeller, once replaced I couldn't remember the order of the two hoses on the back of the impeller...
