I think I may have stumbled on something...

While replacing the IAC, I found the hose that exits the bottom of the throttle body where the IAC sits is T'd off into the mechanical pump vent line...

Little update... Pulled the old vacuum line off and it was completely packed with sludge. No way there was any air movement through that tube. Someone used crappy vinyl tubing and it was rock hard...

Well I'll keep posting my process and hope that others chime in. I didn't have a chance to get a fuel pressure gauge on the motor today. Try to do that this week at some point....
