I have a 6.0 in my 1500 tows my 24' Formula ok, (4150lbs dry) gotta be 6000lbs loaded?

Thanks! I'll look not sure what brand? I'd like to keep the 350.... I think a 350-375hp 350 would be a nice improvement. I'm sure the "stock" 350 I have now has barely 260hp? Its a Napa Marine reman.
