question about marine paint and clearcoat

i see that some automotive paints can be purchased with clearcoat added in with paint. so it makes the process quicker and no clearcoating needed after paintjob. is there a marine paint like this?...

hello. i have read instructions and watched videos of how to do it on youtube, but i cant seem to get it to go into base timing. or possibly come out? nothing changes when i jump the two white wires...
