Baja Outlaw Gas Tank Removal Suggestions?

I have a gas leak coming from my gas tank and need to remove my tank. I removed the 2 captains chairs in the front and took the access cover off the floor. I dont see any other way to get the tank...

Arrow Corsa 4" Stainless Mufflers (Pics)

I thought about it. Its just weird how its starts fine at first and even if you let it sit between 5-15 minutes. But an hour or 2 and it has problems.

The flywheel only kicks back sometimes and the boat is only hard to start when its warm. The batteries are fairly new too
