OK I had a Mach Stern Drive Prop 14 3/4" 18p. and WOT was 3100 RPM and boat would stay up on plain. I swapped to an aluminum 16" 16p and boat got up on plain, and WOT went to 3900RPM any Help would...

One last question. Where is the sending Unit? It is not on the top of the intake like Small Block Chevy. I already bought a manual gauge to test the pressure. I do appreciate the Help!!!!!!

Big Block 454 start up and under normal conditions pressure reads 80 PSI. I think and feel this is too high. If this true what can it be. I havent lost power. Can anyone help?

Actually this one I found out was 14 3/4 with pitch was 18 no wonder my boat wouldn't get up on plane and my WOT was 3100 with my BB 454
