After I took the spark plugs out and take all that water out it dint put any more water inside the cylinder so I dont know what was the problem with this

What I mean is that four of the piston was full of water so one side of the engine. When i took the sp&rk plugs out all the water came out the engine run perfect the problem is that water on the oil....
