still waiting from previous owner and dmv. I had to send out certified letters to previous owner and pray he didn't respond to them, this way I can take them to dmv along with other info and...

I purchased a 1978 challenger/superboat that was last registered in New Hampshire in 2008. I only got a bill of sale with the purchase and was told by scpd that was all i needed to register in ny....
