Yes its time. I paid 14K to repair the transom with composite, and just dont have time to put her back together.. Going to sell at a huge loss. Need the space. What should I ask

We removed all the rotted wood down to the fiberglass. You can see we marked the rotted stringers with blue paint.

Got the transom done, and they went ahead and fixed a few issues with the gelcoat on my floor too. We also got rid of that dark grey and made white with blue splatter. Now I have to put it all back...

You can see the rot below port drive. Stringers were also rotted so we had to get the top cut off, and carve out the rot then fill in with resin.
