where to send my 700sci to be mapped for 89 fuel

Mine are 2008 that required 91 and i want to run 89 fuel .

But a thing i noticed is that all gauges for that motor are...

Hello ,on my 2008 38 ft lightning i am missing one cleat , i know its 8 inch but no one seems to be making it .
