Hi i presume SB BB is short block then. the leg is a volvo 280. stock gearbox but i wouldnt know what ratio.

24 SE props size and pitch

Hi, i have just rebuilt a 24 SE 1979 as a restoration . it has a brand new short block and is about 300-320hp but i am sat (full tank) at 4800 and 38 knots.
i should be up at 5300 for that engine...

yes Jeff i would bring from the UK so if anyone had a second hand one for sale that would be ideal. i gather it has to be compatible with a merc flo-torq 11 and not just any Merc albeit i am not sure...

Hi wonder if anyone can help, have restored a 79 24SE with an old 280 volvo outdrive and want the best prop for it. the engine is a new 290hp goodwrench 5.7 chevy and would sit around the 5200 revs...

this was based on the volvo penta and im in the 1970's era of engine and 100% they say the 140 is the right one but i cant get the thing anywhere near that and am sure i am running with the choke on...
