Look at some of the offerings from Ilmor marine.....

Look at some of the offerings from Ilmor marine.. They are using Aluminum small block and aluminum heads on the recreational series engines
with close loop cooling..
430 hp.. 813 lbs..

The 350 mag SB from mercury with iron block, heads, and Exhaust
on Mercury's website is i am guessing fully dressed at 885 lbs

Fountain boats Weight increase from 2006 to 2007

I have been looking at buying a 2007 Fountain Executioner.. was wonder why from 2006 - 2007 the was a significant weight increase over the 2006 model? or is this a typo.. It looks like the lightning...
