454 EFI upgrades

Looking at a fresh water ski boat with a very low hr 454 with factory efi. I've been a carb guy up to now.
I'd like to see a reliable 500 hp from it. What's needed- a PCM upgrade, cam, injectors?...

Title says it all- looking for a copy of the Mercruiser Bravo transom cutout template. Will pay for copy and postage.
AND/ OR will purchase or rent your transom cutout jig. No drill bits needed....

The pump I'm talking about is the booster, mounted on the same brackets as the fuel filter/separator.
