Joe..we repainted the boat and the color around the windshield is silver hence we are going to paint the windshield frame the same. Silver gaskets will be a blast!!!!!! We also need a new rub rail....

Short Windshield for Fountain

My son and I are refurbishing a 2000 42 Lightning. We are planning on shortening the windshield by about 6 inches. Any one interested on the result and the how when done?

Thank you so much for your input.We talked to Darin once but we could not finalize anything. Since, we have cut the windshield down gradually to about 4 inches at front one panel at the time to start...

I'm in need of new windshield gaskets for a 2000 42 Fountain Lightning. Any one knows where to get them? Aside from Fountain that is....they want almost $1000 for them....
