He said it's oil from when the motor was upside down which I do clearly see in another pic. Do you think it could be a thin trail of oil? It is dark and looks wet. He ran the motor for 100 hours...

Stressed Engine Block???

I'm about to pull the trigger on a 1989 Pachanga but have a serious concern with one of the blocks. The owner is an engine builder and has assured me the pic is the issue and the block is just fine....
