I remember in 2001 dad bought a brand new Jupiter...

I remember in 2001 dad bought a brand new Jupiter 31 w/ twin Yamaha 250's on POS Armstrong bracket loaded for 110k. That same boat is 270k now !!!

Is it me or did the market tighten ? Used boats nowadays seem to be ridiculously priced. My dream boat is a Howard 28' sport deck. I was hoping to get an 08-10 for 30-40g's but looks like that's not...
