Could one of the remedies to gear failure have to do with,that the metal hardening process isn't deep enough on the gears???????? Could sending new gears out for additional hardening help out????

Blown Gear

When I say blown up I am meaning a chipped tooth or metal picking up from the hardened finish on the gear!!! I always check to make sure the bearing carrier fits tight in the case!!! My opinion now...
