Nxt drive hinge pin frozen

Working on replacing my bellows, went to pull the hinge pin out of the gimbal ring and the first one popped out no problem with a slide hammer, the second one however is not the same case..running...

Bellows are starting to show some wear, they don't look too bad to replace, thinking about tackleing them on my own..Anyone done NXT bellows that can chime in??
