Re-assembing and 1 flange marries up perfect and...

Re-assembing and 1 flange marries up perfect and 1 is a little off. T bolt was a bit rusty on that side so Im assuming it leaked alittle. Prior owner definitely used something on it from the looks...

Is it a no no to use sealant on the flange between header and tailpipe?? If its acceptable, RTV Red??
